The service
Nalpay provides software for payment links, customers, subscriptions, payment records, refunds, settlements and integrations. Payment processing and card fields are supplied through licensed third-party payment services.
Your account
- Provide accurate business, owner and bank information and keep it current.
- Keep sign-in credentials and API keys confidential.
- Use Nalpay only for lawful goods and services you are authorised to sell.
- Obtain the notices and consents required when you submit customer data or create recurring payments.
Fees, refunds and settlements
Fees shown in your account are deducted from successful payments before settlement and are subject to VAT. Settlement depends on verification, minimum balance, schedule, bank processing and any lawful hold or review. Refunds are subject to the available refundable balance and payment-provider rules.
Acceptable use
You must not use Nalpay for fraud, prohibited activities, unauthorised card testing, attempts to bypass security controls, or transactions that breach Saudi law, card-network rules or your agreement with a payment provider.
Availability and third parties
We work to keep Nalpay available and accurate, but payment networks, banks and other third parties can fail or delay a transaction. Nalpay is provided subject to reasonable maintenance, security controls and provider availability.
Suspension and closure
We may limit or suspend an account to protect customers, investigate risk, respond to a legal request, enforce these terms or address unpaid amounts. You may ask to close your account after outstanding transactions and obligations are resolved.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
